About Us
The Estate Planning Council of Erie, Inc is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planning Councils (NAEPC) which has over 260-member estate planning councils. Founded in 1959, our council membership includes a diverse array of professionals working in the Northwest Pennsylvania including attorneys, accountants, bankers & trust officers, financial advisors and planners, insurance agents, and representatives from various charitable organizations. We are committed to expanding estate planning knowledge and expertise, growing professional contacts & relationships, and, ultimately, enhancing the community by facilitating superior client service. We, as estate planning professionals, all share a common goal to help our clients make wise choices about holding, growing, and transferring their wealth.

A $100 membership fee is paid annually by each member.
MEETINGS
The council holds cocktail hour meetings throughout the year at which a keynote speaker is invited to present on specific topics of interest to estate planners. Meeting locations vary, with them being held at local non-profits to increase their exposure.
